Sarah Martin and Fernando Smith co-facilitate alongside a special guest healing justice facilitator, weaving together drumming, breathwork, and seeds of wisdom into a powerful, participatory experience. No experience required, just your presence. Come ready to beat, breathe, and be.
This event is free and open to adults and children of all ages. Attendees 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an adult 25+.
