Ancestral Herbalism & Tea Blending Workshop

Reconnect with ancestral plant wisdom through herbalism and tea making
Rooted in African and African American traditions, this hands-on class invites participants — especially those from Black communities across the diaspora — to explore healing, heritage, and connection through herbs with herbalist, tea maker, and educator Monica of Lakay Goods. Participants will learn the foundations of herbal medicine, go on a guided plant walk, and craft their own personalized tea blend. We’ll close with reflection and shared resources to support your ongoing journey.
