Natalie Trebes is a healthcare business strategy researcher at the Advisory Board, where she leads the executive strategy research team, which incorporates the best of Advisory Board teams’ latest research to provide insights on the future of healthcare strategy.
In her role, Trebes oversees the Advisory Board’s flagship annual “State of the Industry” presentation, the corresponding annual “Things CEOs Need to Know” report, and the firm’s Executive Research Council of external industry leaders. She also directs strategic policy research initiatives, advises on the firm’s overall annual research agenda, and develops structures for executive collaboration across sectors. She is a frequent speaker at executive meetings, board retreats, and innovation workshops.
Trebes previously led the firm’s research initiatives for health plans and worked at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation prior to joining the Advisory Board. She holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and is interested in the ways that incentive design, real-world experiences, and diverse stakeholder perspectives shape healthcare business transformation.
Originally a California transplant, Trebes has come to call D.C. home after more than a decade in the District. She enjoys spending time with her incredible community, playing live music with friends, and volunteer consulting with local nonprofit organizations.
