Akshita Siddula is a leadership coach and community organizer based in Baltimore, MD, dedicated to empowering young leaders.
Through her coaching, Siddula helps organizers strengthen communities by guiding them in strategic planning and relational organizing. She currently consults with the Fitzhugh Mullan Institute for Workforce Equity at The George Washington University and previously co-founded and directed Right to Health Action, a nationwide grassroots health advocacy organization. Her global work with the CDC and USAID has focused on health policy and implementation, supporting governments and community-based organizations in diverse contexts.
