Aisha Sylvain is a healthcare business development executive who builds strategic partnerships that drive impact across the US healthcare ecosystem. She brings expertise in navigating complex organizations and cultivating executive relationships that align commercial objectives with mission-driven goals.
As Executive Director of Health System Partnerships at Cadence, a remote patient care technology company, Sylvain works with large health systems to scale technology-enabled care for patients with chronic diseases, helping close care gaps and improve health equity. Previously, she served as Managing Director of Industry Partnerships at The Health Management Academy, where she facilitated strategic collaborations between leading health systems and healthcare technology companies.
Sylvain is committed to healthcare’s digital transformation and expanding access to care for underserved populations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Florida A&M University and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Outside of work, Sylvain champions equitable access to outdoor recreation as Vice President of Membership for Black Ski, Inc., the Washington, D.C. chapter of the National Brotherhood of Snowsports. She enjoys live music, tennis, skiing, and traveling.
