DC Greens runs a farmers’ market incentive program at four D.C. markets this season. Patrons using WIC, SNAP (food stamps) Senior “Get Fresh” checks, and “Produce Plus” checks will receive up to $10 of “bonus dollars.” Just visit the information booths at these markets and get extra dollars to purchase fresh, local fruit and vegetables!
